The Problem

Pakistan's largest private school network (500+ campuses) had fragmented content workflows, no unified digital learning system, unsustainable production costs, and a team structure that couldn't scale.

What I Built

Redesigned the entire content production pipeline from the ground up. Integrated AI across quality control, metadata tagging, and analytics. Built a cross-functional team of 180+ spanning curriculum, media, engineering, and studio production. Designed 8 teacher training courses now reaching 30,000+ educators. Engineered production planning systems that compressed turnaround from weeks to days.

The Problem

No structured medical entrance exam preparation existed on the platform. The company needed a flagship academic product to compete in Pakistan's crowded EdTech market.

What I Built

Designed and launched NearPeer's MDCAT program from scratch — syllabus structuring, instructor onboarding, content creation, and learner experience design. Built scalable delivery systems for course progression, analytics, and learner support. Played a key role in early-stage brand growth and platform positioning that made MDCAT one of Pakistan's most sought-after test prep offerings.
